Broaddus Construction successfully completed this Trinity Park Surgery Center project which included an 11,500 SF addition to the existing 15,000 SF building with 3 operating suites and 2 GIT treatment rooms. Two of the operating rooms are specialized for total joint replacement complete with laminar flow and ultraviolet light (UVC machines).

The PACU was upsized for a total of 15 pre‐op beds and 18 recovery bays (in addition to 2  private recovery suites). Waiting areas, business offices, sterile storage, and staff/doctor spaces were added.

In addition to the new areas, another 6,000 SF was renovated and an entire new Central Plant was added with new low temperature chillers for the specialized operating rooms, another normal chiller, 3 air handling units, new boilers, generator, water heaters and  sterilization equipment. On the civil side there were an additional 275 parking spaces added for the centers and adjacent Medical City Arlington Hospital to utilize.
