Wefald Hall houses approximately 540 students on eight floors; and the adjacent Kramer Dining Center serves the students on the west side of Kansas State University campus. Broaddus provided at-risk construction services with particular focus on the modular exterior wall panels, which are load bearing. We implemented a lean construction process which manufactured the modular panels off site and transported them to the project for just in time erection sequence.
