Our team was selected to retrofit Spence Hall, one of the female residence halls at Dallas Baptist University, by converting the existing Dining Hall into dormitory-style apartments. The project included interior demolition and new layout of all walls, ceiling, flooring, lighting, HVAC and plumbing of the first-floor wing of the existing Dining Hall.
