The Oaks of Kyle, located off I-35 south of the Kyle Center, is an upscale multi-story residential project consisting of a mix of 1/2/3-bedroom apartment units. Broaddus Construction built these multi-family housing residences, which included 204 units with a net living area of 172,932 SF, a clubhouse with fitness center and swimming pool, private garages, and surface parking.
