Broaddus Construction served LifeAustin Church on several campus improvements, including a 54,500 SF multipurpose facility with seating for 1,250, planning for future 34,000 SF Worship Assembly seating of over 3,000, and support functions. Broaddus Construction has worked with the Church to bring overall costs of the project down from $12 million to $9.5 million. In doing so, all the major functions of the church were retained, such as ministry needs, infant care/security, preschool, youth, chapel, worship assembly, recreation, event management, food preparation, administrative functions, counseling, and pastoral care.
