First Financial Bank originally selected Broaddus Construction to build its Midlothian, Texas branch. They were so pleased with our performance that multiple projects were subsequently awarded.

The exterior structure of the branch has the signature cast stone columns, sills, and pediment, while the interior continues the signature finishes with the lobby using a gabeled ceiling with large pendant light fixtures and granite flooring leading to the cherry wood and granite teller line.

The surrounding conference room and offices have cherry wood and glass entrances facing the lobby with carpet. Broaddus completed the construction, met the cost challenges and delivered the facility to a satisfied customer.
