Dallas Baptist University John G. Mahler Student Center Renovation

Broaddus Construction provided construction management for significant renovations to the Mahler Student Center, which was originally built in 1992 as a replication of the Independence Hall in Philadelphia. The facility serves as Dallas Baptist University’s Student Union and houses classroom, dining, and administrative functions on campus. The first floor includes the Great Hall, an event space for university functions, as well as a small library and dining facilities. The upper level hosts the Student Life Center, while lower levels include offices for the registrar, financial aid, and graduate programs.
