Renovation and 13,000 SF expansion of the Baylor Orthopedic & Spine Hospital at Arlington, consisting of four operating rooms, nine post-anesthesia care units, three pre-operation stations, and a new central sterile supply and storage facility. The addition was completed while adjacent OR’s & Patient Recovery areas remained fully functional. The critical HVAC and electrical systems were expanded during the addition without interrupting surgical cases.
